Clean Air Fuel

On the dock and in the warehouse, propane eliminates the exhaust soot of a diesel engine forklift and clears the air your workers breathe everyday. Propane is one of the cleanest fuels you can use, producing far fewer greenhouse gases than gasoline or diesel fuel. That's why it was named an Alternative Fuel in the 1990 Clean Air Act and in the 1992 Energy Policy Act.

Clean Burning   Propane is clean burning, non-toxic and safe to use indoors. In fact, propane is safe for warehouses requiring permanent air conditioning.

Low Emissions   Properly maintained propane forklifts not only meet, but exceed the State, Federal, OSHA, and EPA emission standards. With new computer-controlled systems and 3-way catalytic converters, well-maintained propane forklifts can attain nearly ZERO emissions.

No Toxic Spillage or Evaporation   A propane forklift carries its fuel in a sealed, pressure-tight system. This eliminates the toxic spillage and evaporation found with gasoline and diesel refueling, which can be a significant source of secondary pollution.
